Heart of Oak Judo club will be running an introductory course from 1st November to 8th December on either a Tuesday or Thursday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
The club meets at Sir Isaac Newton Academy, 1 Cricklefield Plance, IG1 1FY. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in an Olympic Sport that is popular around the world.
