Queen's Tea Party

20 June 2016 (by adminuser)

SSPP pupils celebrated the Queen's 90th birthday with a special street party in her honour last week.

Reception pupils through to Year 6 donned their party clothes and lined the hall, decorated with Union Jack flags, to mark her special day. Unfortunately Her Majesty was unable to attend, so Chair of Governors Sarah Ramsay stood in at the last minute. As she arrived to the hall radiating the colours red, white and blue, pupils stood to sing the National Anthem, before tucking into their feasts. A big thank you to all the parents who donated food for this special occasion. Pictures from the day can be viewed by going to the 'News' tab, selecting 'Gallery' and Queen's Tea Party.
