Odd Socks Day for Anti-bullying week - Monday 13th November 2017

10 November 2017 (by adminuser)

Pupils are invited to take part in 'Odd Socks Day for Anti-Bullying Week' on Monday 13th November.

We would like each child to wear odd socks to school on that day as a way to celebrate their uniqueness. The day is designed to be fun and is an opportunity for children to express themselves and appreciate individuality. There is no pressure on the children to wear the latest fashion or for parents to buy expensive costumes. All they have to do to take part is wear odd socks to school. Girls who usually wear tights may wear brightly coloured, patterned tights. The newly elected School Council will be leading assembly on Monday morning to spread the 'Anti-Bullying' message.
